A strategy to protect whales can limit greenhouse gases and global warming

A new paper by Ralph Chami, Assistant Director at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and a member of the Board of Advisors for the GWC, has just been published in the IMF’s Finance & Development, on valuing whales for their role in sequestering carbon and maintaining healthy oceans.
